Formworks for Slabs

The offered system allows quickly and qualitatively to erect monolithic coverings of any section: girder, girderless, ribbed, caisson, etc., any outline in the plan.
Panels of different sizes (multiplicity - 5 cm) allow covering any area in a plan. Panel-compensator is used to cover the remained areas (less than 5 cm). Panels are joined with locks as well as with the carrying beam if needed. The maximum weight of the panel is 15 kg.

Telescopic longitudinal girder consists of a spatial truss and a core of double-T profile. With such a girder a 2 to 8.5 m span can be covered. The maximum step of telescopic girders is 1.0 m for a 10 kN/m designed load. Consequently, without extra facilities the bearing ability of the formwork can be increased to 40 kN/m only by decreasing the step of the telescopic beams, which is one of the main advantages of "Onix" system.

The supportive element of the girder allows setting it not only on transverse girder but also on carrying walls.
Usage of a tripod reduces the number of workers, necessary for assembly and disassembly of formwork. It is attached to the prop and fits to any local condition easily.

Unlike many other existing panel systems, "Onix" allows assembling panels for sloping coverings.
