Columns, Walls and Beams

 

Columns

Panels of different standard sizes (multiplicity - 5 cm) allow quickly and qualitatively to mount ferro-concrete square and rectangle columns of any size required by the plan.
One of the effective ways of assembly is application of a system with a swastika on the basis, which provides stability to the formwork. Vertical position of the formwork in two basic directions is achieved by special bolts attached to the swastika, thus excluding the necessity for installation of props.

Panels are attached to one another with couplers. Application of 2-meter outside angular panels speeds up assembly significantly.

 

Walls

The offered system allows erecting external, internal and supporting walls without cranes.

The 2.0 x 0.1 m multifunctional panel is used in this system. All attaching combinations during assembly are carried out exclusively with this panel.

Panels are attached to one another and to the multifunctional panel with couplers. The width of the wall is fixed with a thin steel belt.

Construction sites also can be attached to the multifunctional panel. This system is irreplaceable for making diaphragms, during reconstruction and reinforcement (strengthening) of old buildings.

 

Beams

With "Onix" system formworks it is possible to carry out coverings simultaneously with beams; as well as to mount beams separately.

The system allows mounting formwork of beams of any configuration designed (inclined, not rectangular, arched, etc.).
